Warranty & Service
Simple2Track warrants all Tracking devices sold by Simple2Track to be free of defects in material and workmanship, subject to the following conditions.

The duration of the Simple2Track warranty for each product is limited to one ( 1 ) year Parts & labor from the date of sale to the original purchaser.

Simple2Track will at it’s sole obligation under this warranty, replace or repair, at it’s option, any product that does not conform to this warranty. Products may be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished items. This limited warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetic or decorative items, including any non operating parts. Under no circumstances will Simple2Track be liable for any incidental or consequential damages under this warranty or any implied warranties. These remedies are the customers exclusive remedies for breach of warranty. This limited warranty only extends to customers who purchase the products in the United States.

How the Customer can get service for a device:

To obtain service within the one ( 1 ) year service period, you must first contact Simple2Track Customer Service and obtain a Return Authorization. Send an e mail to – service@simple2track.com. Include a description of the problem and your full name, address and phone number. We will send you a Return Authorization and address to send the device to.

To obtain service after the initial warranty service period, contact Simple2Track Customer Service and describe the problem. We will provide you with an estimate to repair your device with a modest cost to cover parts and labor.
