Active Networks is based in Harrisburg, PA and provides IT systems and backend 24/7 customer service support to major Corporations throughout North America.

Q: What is Geo Fencing?
A: Geo Fencing allows you to set "safe geographic boundaries" for the user. The device will automatically send an alert if the user moves out of   boundary established. You can easily change the boundary at any time as you need. It allows families and care givers to be proactive and to take   action before a problem arises.

Q: What information will I have to track & monitor my loved ones if I have a computer?
A: When you log-on you will have instant access to:

Q: What information will I have to track & monitor loved ones if I am away from my PC?
A: You are never out of touch with Simple2Track. You can access our server with any Smart Phone to obtain your loved ones current location. You can   receive the last reported position of the device by sending and SMS request to our server. Our server will immediately send the last reported location   to your Smart Phone.
Help and Geo Fence alerts can be sent to your Smart Phone. It’s easy to set up.

Q: What computer’s and mobile phones is Simple2Track compatible with?
A: Simple2Track is compatible with any Windows or MAC based PC or iPad. It is also compatible with any Smart Phone including the iPhone.
