Q: Who is Simple2Track?
A: Simple2Track was created by a combination of established, financially solid companies in 2009. Simple2Track LLC was created in 2009 and is based in Harrisburg, PA. It was created with the combination of resources of: The Sansun Group, Skyview Communications, and Active Networks.

The Sansun Group is a technology and software company with headquarters in St. Louis, MO and offices in Hong Kong and India. Our team of engineers and developers are experienced with applying leading edge technology to new product development, engineering, manufacturing and operations support to a global customer base. They have broad experience in the creation of web based solutions and mobile Apps to meet specific customer goals for their global customer base.

Skyview Communications is based St Louis, MO and provides turnkey systems that include hardware, software and mobile network solutions for Personal, Vehicle and Asset trackers. They are experienced with location and wireless based technologies including GPS, RFID, GPRS and 3G.
Active Networks is based in Harrisburg, PA and provides IT systems and backend 24/7 customer service support to major Corporations throughout North America.

Q: How does Simple2Track work?
A: There are 2 devices and plans for residents available. Choose the plan that meets your needs. Or contact Simple2Track at …….@simple2track.com   to request a program to meet your Care Community needs.

Q: How does Simple2Track work for Care Communities?
A: the device’s will work the same as they do for individuals. Most importantly for a care community, is that our custom software will allow you to track   all of your residents. Settings for each resident can be easily customized, including SMS contacts, Geo Fencing and more.

   Plus, our custom tracking module is just one part of a complete Software Suite designed for Care Communities. You can use all or part of our modules as a stand alone software suite. Q: What information will I have to track & monitor residents on our computer system?
A: When you log-on you will have instant access to:
   The last reported location/address of the device in an easily understood Google Map format and updated every 10 minutes or sooner.
  Geo Fencing which to establish safe geographic boundaries
   A history of the user’s movement
   SMS number’s
  Battery life indicator
   GPS & cellular signal strength for the device
   Help alerts are sent to your Home Screen and available when you log-in.

Q: What information will we have to track & monitor residents when our staff is away from their computers ?
A: They are never out of touch with Simple2Track. They can access our server with any Smart Phone to obtain a residents current location. They can receive the last reported position of any device by sending an SMS request to our server. Our server will immediately send the last reported location to their Smart Phone.
Help and Geo Fence alerts can be sent to Smart Phones as well. It’s easy to set up.

Q: What computer’s and mobile phones is Simple2Track compatible with?
A: Simple2Track is compatible with any Windows or MAC based PC or iPad. It is also compatible with any Smart Phone including the iPhone.
